At TechMart, we sell digital downloadable products such as Reels Bundles. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Cancellation Policy
- Since all products on TechMart are digital downloads, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment is completed.
- After the download link is generated or delivered, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
2. No Refund Policy
- Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Once you receive access to the download files, no refunds will be issued.
- Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
3. Exceptions (Replacement Only)
Refunds are not allowed, but we may offer a replacement download link if:
- The file is corrupted or fails to open.
- You receive the wrong file by mistake.
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your order details.
4. Duplicate Payment
If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment, one of the payments may be refunded after verification.
- Verification may take 2–5 working days.
5. Technical Issues
If you face technical problems like:
- Download link not working
- File not accessible
- Email not received
You can contact our support team and we will resend the files at no extra cost.
